Firstly,
place half the oats on an ungreased oven tray.
Secondly,
bake at 200oC for about 10—15 minutes, carefully stirring several
times, until golden brown.
Thirdly,
repeat with the remaining oats and barely.
After
that, cool the grains.
Then,
lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and cool.
Fifthly,
combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Finally,
serve with milk and yogurt for a hearty breakfast.
